This leafy vegetable processing line follows a standard workflow: feeding → cutting → ozone washing → secondary cleaning → dewatering → centrifugal drying → air drying → packaging.
Designed specifically for leafy greens, the system combines bubble agitation, spray washing, and ozone sterilization to effectively remove dirt, pesticide residues, and microorganisms while maintaining product freshness and integrity.
The line features high automation, stable operation, and is widely used in fresh-cut vegetable processing plants and central kitchens.
